Tekhenu with expansions insert

This updates the Tekhenu insert from TrueNorth2112 to support the Time of Seth expansion, plus the mini Nobles expansion (from Loot Box #1).

I've made a new top tray that replaces either one of the card trays, or the custom obelisk tray. I've updated the dice tray and pillar tiles/solo tiles trays to fit the extra content. I've also updated the player trays to fit the extra components (and I enlarged the space for statues, because mine didn't fit properly). I separate the player tray lids into a separate file, also.

Most of the trays still come from the base insert. For this, you should print:
* Seth_Blood_Pillar_Tiles x1 (this replaces either Obelisk Replacement Tray, or Card Top Tray)
* Seth_Dice_Tray x1 (this replaces Dice Tray)
* Seth_Pillar_Tiles_Solo_Tiles x1 (this replaces Pillar Tiles + Solo Tiles Tray)
* Seth_Player_Tray x4 (this replaces Player Tray)
* Seth_Player_Lid x4 (if you want lids for the player trays)
