I made this mount for my telescope to take pictures of the eclipse, and the results are amazing! Shot with a small kit telescope, with a magnification of 35x, I was even able to see sunspots. Here's a timelapse of the eclipse through my phone https://youtu.be/1nUuXQIDXN8.

This adapter uses a new screw mechanism compared to the old one from my other design (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2477689). It's an inverse of Canon's DSLR lens attaching mechanism. After multiple failed attempts of making a proper thread with my rotary tool (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2490290), out of impatience, I decided to try a screw-on piece that didn't require a high resolution for faster prototyping. This new design only requires 1/3 of a turn to fit on, making it very easy to swap out with other lenses if needed.
