I have a Celestron Nexstar evolution 8 and I use an old tablet to control it so I made a mount to hold my tablet.
I really liked [Jim Audette's](https://www.thingiverse.com/vlxjim/about) design for the tripod portion based on his [Celestron NexStar Hand Control Holder for 2" tripod legs](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3070532) so I scaled it down to my 1.5" tripod leg and attached the tripod mount to that.
To make, print the tripod portion upside down with support for the ledge, print the left and right panels and epoxy it all together.
I split the panel into 2 parts as it's too big for my printer as one piece.
I used PETG for the tripod portion and PLA for the rest. For another tablet, Scale it as needed. I also attached the STEP files as well.
