This is the design of a split heart that can open and close mechanically using a lead screw attached to N20 small motor. You can use it as a Christmas Tree ornament which can be a piece of interactive art and decoration. It is powered by the tiny seeed xiao samd21 module and has an onboard 5V 1500mAh Lipo battery. It has neopixels soldered onto a custom PCB which lights up the heart as the broken piece moves apart. The 3D model and PCB was designed using Fusion360 and the PCB manufactured from seeed fusion service.

It uses seeed xiao samd21 micro controller at its heart (pun intended) and the L293D motor driver chip to control the motion of the small N20 motor with the lead screw. WS2812B neopixels are used to light up the heart. It has an ON/OFF switch for convenient powering on and off.
