Temperature tower PLA with ABL

This is a remix of the most popular temperature tower for PLA.

I have made 2 specific files. They are for the Ender 2 and Ender 3.

I have added a brim and raised bed temperature for those printing on glass. I have also added the Gcode for automatic bed leveling as many of us now run some sort of ABL, this works with BL Touch and EZABL type devices.
