This is a template for use with

The original author had pre-existing holes in the Y axis plate on which linear rail carriage was bolted. My printer did not have these holes and I needed to make the holes while keeping it centred.
We use the template by bolting the Y plate to the template using the existing holes. Drill holes in the remaining holes using a 5mm drill bit.
