Ten Frame Math Game

Need to help young students build number sense and one-to-one correspondence? I have just the game!

Print the ten frame (with number tiles), the die, and the number cards (on paper, not PLA), and grab some counters/erasers. I got the ones in the example from the dollar section at Target, and since it's October, I went with a Halloween theme.

Student partners take turns turning over a number card and placing that many erasers in the ten frame. Next, the other student rolls the die and adds one more, takes one away, or leaves the quantity the same and places the corresponding number tile in the slot on the board. Repeat, and learn while playing this "game"!
