This is a tensegrity stand. The structure is supported by a single string in the center. How to Make This Tensegrity Stand:First, tie a knot in the string and pass it through the square base. There are two arms — let's call them Arm A and Arm B.Pass the string through the lower hole of Arm A, then tie a knot and pass it through the lower hole of Arm B.Next, thread the string through the upper hole of Arm A, pull the string tight, and tie a knot to keep it in tension. After that, pass the string through the upper hole of Arm B and tie another knot. Finally, assemble the base and insert Arm B into its slot.At this point, using something like a purge line to pin or secure it will help keep everything stable.
