Tensile, layer height test stand (dogbones)

Fixes: making the test pieces larger (will need to be printed with thinner walls)
allowing for some kind of spring to be put it, this will stop the scale from smashing into itself

Very simple dogbone test stand, feel free to remix just please give credit.

3 10m nuts
1 10m threaded rod
cable ties/super glue
fish scale
1 bearing with 10mm inner diameter (max outer diameter 20mm)
2-4 m8 x 6mm bolts
2-4 m8 nuts
