Tensioner-final replacement

Very slight remix of https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1974412/ to try to add a little strength to it.

This is particularly intended for those, like me, who are still newbies and are printing in PLA only. PLA really doesn't have a lot of strength and where the screw head sits in the tensioner can be ripped open pretty easily. I shored it up a little bit and use a regular M3 30 screw and 2 washers. I think it's added some strength to the tensioner.
