Here is my solution to din rail terminal blocks. I wanted a more professional look to my future projects.

I know you can buy these on amazon in the hundreds for a few bucks. But I like the idea of being able to source these anytime in my shop with just some parts laying around.

Of course these are cheap and already readily available but now you can print them in any color. Prints fast and puts together in seconds.

With an already existing clip (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2706966) I modified it to this parts .STL. The clip is not my design.

Materials:
18mm copper 2mm / 10 AWG
2 M3 screws 8mm L
2 M3 threaded brass inserts 4mm H 4mm diameter

Areas for improvement would be to make the wire/pin hole a bit larger so it can accept largers pins. for now this should handle most 12volt applications im interested in. With the threaded brass insert you can get a very nice secure connection!

Let me know if this helps your projects!
