Terraforming Mars - Ocean Master

This is an an add-on that I created for the game, Terraforming Mars. Every time an ocean is placed, the player moves one of their markers up one step in the Ocean Master tray. The player with the most oceans placed is the Ocean Master and gets 3 points. If there is a tie, both players get 3 points.
