Tesla Coil Spark Gap

This is a prototype Spark Gap designed to work with 1/4" - 20 x 3/4" pan head screws. 1/2" long will probably work too. Don't use galvanized, I am experimenting with stainless steel but something more conductive like aluminium or brass if available would be preferred. Prolonged use will cause the screws to heat up and probably melt the holder. It will also be exposed to UV and ozone so this isn't a permanent spark gap solution.

Scale the print to oversize by 2 mm in all directions, the threads will be tight. If too tight, add a light oil to the threads or oversize a bit more.
