This is a Teslong NTS500B endoscope stand. It basically offers two positions (shown in photos) and easy detachable.
Printed with no supports and requires some small sanding so the pin will slide well.
Pin's second cap is glued after assembly.
Moving the pin to "free" or "locked" position allows to change the standing angle or to store the stand.
It also requires an M4 bolt cut to 12mm length to screw an adapter to the back of the unit.
It was designed along with a magnetic hanging clip (like for Fluke multimeters) so it could be hang on metallic surfaces. However its design relies on available strap (whichever is available) and a magnet (which is also might or might not be available locally).
