Test Stand Automation Workbench

This is a test stand to test industrial controllers and components that are DIN rail mounted. I 3d Printed the parts first with 20% strength to get the dimensions just right (Tight Fit). Then I printed it at 60% infill. What you need to buy is some Aluminum Profile extrusion: 2 times 2020 profile 300mm (Lenght ) 2 times 2020 profile 350mm (Height)2 times 2020 profile 150mm (Width)*Dimensions reference frome front vieuw https://s.click.aliexpress.com/e/_okywWJ9 (Link where I bought them). You also need an installation rail like A DIN-rail and some cable trays.To mount it on the extrusion profiles you can use T-spring nut (easy to work with) I used the M5 ones.Don't forget to also order some bolts (I used Round Hex Cap bolts M5x8)You can also Google it to check if it is not cheaper to buy it locally.
