Yes, it's just a stick that is 5mm x 5mm x 100mm; it's not designed to be strong.
I mean if your lazy like me you can just download it, it took me like 3 seconds to create in Fusion 360. I was having problems on my ender 3 an the print got higher the layers started to separate really badly but I used this to fix it, I tightened up the screws, wheels, and bolts and done fixed!
