TetraKite

I Played with the original TetraKite as a kid. I was always fascinated by the design. When I saw this design made for bamboo skewers I new I had a winner.

I flattened the original so it could print on it's side without a raft (Uni). I then used this flattened piece to make the other parts. The key piece is the Duo. If you don't require nice corners, the Duo is all you need. Print these in large batches. The Tre piece is only required if you want to make joining wings. If you Google "Bell Kite" you will see what I mean. If you want to fill the negative space, then you will need several Tre Pieces and a Quad.

The Quad piece doesn't require supports, but I could not get it to print without a raft. See if you can do better then me.
