Tevo Black Widow Compact BLTouch Mount

This is a compact mount the BLTouch specifically for the Tevo Black Widow printer.
It is designed to be as compact as possible to get out of the way of cooling ducts, and be a simple to install using existing easily accessible mounting holes, and guides to get the position correct easily.

It has:
- a flanged guide to easily keep it vertical when adjusting that references off the side of the mount plate
- a reference flange to set the height off the bottom edge of the mount plate
- attaches via existing mounting holes with either a single or two screws
- recessed hex nut holes for the BLTouch mounting screw nuts

Configuration.h settings

+50 // X offset: -left +right [of the nozzle]
+13 // Y offset: -front +behind [the nozzle]
-1.80 // Z offset: -below +above [the nozzle]
