Tevo Control Box Air Vent System

This is a cover that fits over the Tevo Tornado Control Box.

The cover allows you to attach standard abs plumbing.

This allows you to add fresh air venting to the Control Box and keep it in the enclosure without the Control Box overheating.

when printing with an enclosure, you have to move the Control Box outside of the enclosure to prevent overheating of the Control Box.

In order to do that you have to add extension cables to the Control Box wiring.

This Vent design allows you to bypass all that and keep the Control Box inside the enclosure.

All you need is some standard abs plumbing:

2 ---> 2" to 1 1/2" abs reducers
1----> 1 1/2" abs 90 degree elbow

standard 1 1/2" abs plumbing length will depend on your enclosure.

Instructions:

slice with repetier-host or cura 4.0 as this is the software I used and the .stl files will scale properly in these programs.

repetier-host units of measure is set to meter.

make sure repetier-host units of measure is set
