TFT Knob

This is a remix of my favorite Prusa knob. It works great. I made it a little thicker for my TFT35. 9mm deep hole for the LCD knob stem.

Instead of just stretching it in Z, I took the same knob, sliced off the parts I didn't want and mated them to form a new one.
