TH8RS Sequential Shifter mod

A mod I made that brings the TH8RS shifter sequantial mode into completely new level.

NOTE: after using the mod quite intensively I found a major flaw in the design - the friction between shifter shaft and the spring ball screws is resulting in occasional locking of the shifter and scratches on the shaft. You could use some kind of grease to prevent that but it would make the whole thing messy, so I inverted the design: springs are on the top and ball screws right over the base plate. At this height the shaft has a teflon insert therefore the friction is minimised and everything works smoothly.
