My family ate all of the Leaf Cookies I made for my last cookie cutter installment, so I decided to make this Thanksgiving Cookie Cutter Set for the upcoming holiday. Chestnuts, Cornucopia, Oak Leaves, Pumpkin, and Turkey.

I can't decide yet whether to make Sugar Cookies, Gingerbread Cookies, or Peanut Butter Cookies. Maybe all three.

I decided to make these with Gingerbread!!!

I am including my standard "Sugar Cookie Dough" recipe with these files.

After several requests, I am also including the "Gingerbread Cookie Dough" recipe that I use.
