The Bubble

Self inflating semi translucent bubble with reflective concave surface that redirects light where it is needed. The bubble is driven by a robot enclosed in the bubble resembling iRobot/Rumba. The robot can be charged by a solar cell on ether its top or bottom, in case it flips. Also the reflective surface could contain flexible solar cell with a ducking port for more options to charge. The bubble can be relocated and adjusted by maneuvering the robot within. Optionally the robot could use omnidirectional wheels to make maneuvering easier, however it is not necessary.
