print with no top/bottom layers, only infill at about 50-60%. you have to fill it up mid-print because it's solid in the end. watch the z height so you don't run out of time. you can dry it out by just setting it on the heat bed (but not too hot if you use pla). double check the final slicer to make sure it's not solid inside!
47mm wide, 63mm long should fit a lot of spools
