Hi, simply put this is an DIY Arcade Stick built to a very specific use case. This is designed with button availability in mind, whilst still retaining a very compact size that will allow printers with a 200mm wide build plate to print this in its entirety. It will use mostly standard arcade parts, so i standard sanway 8 way joystick or a typical copy. 6x 30mm buttons, 2x 24mm buttons and 7mm momentery buttons for the rest.
This also has mounting points for both a typical zero delay board, and a raspberry pi pico, depending on what type of stick you want to create and with the mid section printed, leave ample room for the wiring to fit without any need for routing or tidying.
The whole point of this is to give access to the FULL amount of buttons and features found on a zero delay board, so 6-8 facebuttons (including L2 and R2 if you use the 24mm buttons for this), the extra 4 face buttons available to use for start/slecet and then guide/steam/menu buttons for steamOS builds. As well
