you should add some small knurled brass inserts. i think i used pcb standoffs. this will save the plastic from wearing down. i basicly hammered in a load of brass standoffs and it does make it look professional. anyway this device is meant to help the carpenter pre drill the holes for the 3 inch or 4 inch hinges. when the carpenter has router'ed or chiselled out the hinge he then uses this to align the predrilled holes. its handy to have in the toolbox. there is also a holde on the back for a 10mm neodynium magnet so you can place a drill bit in the groove on the top and it will stay in place.
