i know it's not 100% perfect but i made it as close to being perfect as i could
(i originally made this beast in scrap mechanic a while ago, but now i have made a 3-d printable model of it also here's the link to it's steam page:

not much is know about the nightmare but the smartest thing you can do when meeting the nightmare in battle is to RUN.
