This is a wall plate designed to fit over a duplex decorator/paddle switch and make it look like there are 4X as many switches.
[Created for William Osman](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wrbeMXHPje8)
Update: [Watch William Osman and Kevin TheBackyardScientist unbox it!](https://youtube.com/clip/UgkxBX1Q314imFEWs3FraHiqt8KI3hNU7tCm?si=zJVkKrguwiu-LCtG)
Assembly instructions:
- Purchase six additional switches.
- Cut off the portion of the switch in front of the metal plate using a rotary tool or hacksaw. Keep the front portion and discard the back portion.
- Snap a switch into each of the six holes not occupied by the actual switches.
- Apply a 3M Velcro picture hanging strips to the plateaus in the top half. These provide additional support since the wall plate extends so far above the mounting screws.
- Attach as you would any other wall plate.
`I do not own a trademark for Octoplex, the trademark symbol is included for comedic effect.`
