This is a direct replacement shell for The Pic screwdriver by Picquic. My original shell broke after nearly two years of daily use, so I designed this as a drop-in replacement. All original screwdriver components are reused except for the shell itself. The magnet can be embedded during printing by pausing the print at the designated layer. To prevent it from sticking to the print head, apply a small dab of glue and let it set for about a minute before resuming. O-rings for bit retention can be installed in the dedicated slots, ensuring a secure fit for the bits. The included print profile is scaled to 105%, which was the ideal size for me when printing in ABS. I recommend printing a small test section first to check the fit, then adjusting the scale as needed for the best results.
