Do you always seem to have some form of clutter on your desk?
Whether it's rarely used tools that don't warrant a long term placement on your desk, specific screws that you don't want to lose temporarily, sd cards & usb sticks, or maybe even a plant.
The Pot WILL pot them all.
Quite literally just some super short term storage for little things to not lose them as easily. Just the right size to not encroach on your workspace but still store what's needed of it.
For printing, unless you really care about looks and waterproofability for whatever reason, just print it on whatevers fastest
