Pocket Pipe Laser Cut Cherry Wood
A functional smoking pipe that cuts flat from a single sheet of 3mm cherry and assembles into something you can actually carry in your wallet.
Cherry is a traditional pipe wood — clean cutting, low resin, and it finishes well straight off the laser.
Material Note
Solid hardwood only. No plywood, MDF, or any laminated/composite sheet. The adhesives in those materials produce toxic fumes when used as a pipe. Walnut or maple work fine as alternatives.
Assembly
Layers friction-fit together. 3mm stock can run slightly over spec (3.2mm is common), so you may need to adjust in LightBurn to get a snug fit. I've included a 3mm version and a 3.2mm+ version
