## Another Take on the Thermacell Refill Adapter

I designed yet another version of the Thermacell refill nozzle.

**Why?** Because none of the previous models I tried actually worked — they either leaked or just didn’t function properly with commonly available butane cans. Also, no one seems to have shared any editable files for customization.

This time, I’m including both **FreeCAD** and **STEP** files.

This adapter is designed to fit directly onto the most commonly available refill cans found in stores. It also seals tightly around the original rubber gasket inside the Thermacell cartridge — so the connection is snug and secure.

### 🧪 Leak Test

- **Result:** Minimal during refilling.

### 🖨 Print Settings

- **Vertical orientation only** — horizontal printing ruins the seal
- **0.15mm layer height**
