Thermos Lid Replacement

version 1:
Kids FooGo thermos lid cracked from a thermos bought back in 2010. I designed a replacement part that functions as the original. It seals the straw and the pressure hole and stays latched. Might not fit the new thermos designs.I printed several version to make the latch work properly. I printed it top side down. The top has a 6 degree slope so you can set your CAM software properly to make it flat.

Version 2:
So I had to make a version 2. The fit of the original was acceptable but not as good as I would have liked. So I messed with the latch and made it tighter and slightly stronger. I just had to tweak it and really like the new fit.

version 3:
So I found that some of the straws leak when in use and then found my air hole block was in the wrong location. It has been fixed in version 3 now and all seems well with 2 different straws.
