Thick Visor Sunglasses Holder

I was unable to find a sunglasses visor clip that could accommodate a thick sun visor, particularly for use when the visor is kept in the down position. To solve this, I designed a clip based on existing designs but with a significantly enlarged gripping area to fit thicker visors while remaining fully functional when the visor is lowered. The vehicle shown in the photos is a Nissan NV2500. The clip was printed in PETG with six wall loops to provide additional strength and durability. In real-world driving conditions, including bumps and abrupt maneuvers, the clip remains stable with no noticeable slipping or movement. Sunglasses stay securely in place, and the design should accommodate a wide range of sunglass earpiece styles without issue.
