thicker Collapsing Light saber blade

I made the blades thicker, three walls thick if using 0.4mm line width (1.2mm thick walls). there is also more overlap in between each blade so they don't slide through each other. the original versions were very easy just to slide through.
also made them into separate files.
blade 1 = the base and blade 5 = the tip.
