Thin spool axis for Ender 3

Drop-in replacement to stock spool axis, but this axis is only 20mm thick.
Perfect for spools with really small center hole. Remixed from this (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2746703).

Changes:
- Fixed thread to match Ender 3 spool nut.
- Added hole going through the axis so you can optionally add wood screw to strenghten it.
