SUMMARY
This is a small wallet, just a tad larger that a standard credit card. It holds about 8 credit cards and a few bills folded twice.
The design incorporates straps to keep your credit cards from slipping out. There are no sharp corners, and the bottom is tapered so that the wallet fits naturally in the front pockets of your jeans.
PRINT SUGGESTIONS
Material: Flexible filament.
I used flexible PLA that had a Shore hardness of 95A. It printed fine at 215 C, was amenable to a small amount of retraction, and brigded 10 mm without drooping or stranding.
Layer Height: 0.2 mm.
I recommend using 0.2 mm layer height. This results in a nice pattern on the bands.
45 Degrees.
Rotate the model 45 degrees. This will cause the top layer to be printed parallel to the walls of the wallet for a clean finish.
4 top layers
Use at least 4 top layers. I used cubic infill to create the diamond pattern on the top surface.
Supports.
I recommend using support for the bands.
