Things or task reminder with sliders

The thing:

This is my take on making a thing that reminds me on doing some tasks.
It serves me doing the preflight check before leaving the house.

Obviously inspired by existing reminders, but they were fixed on pills or feeding the dog or watering the plants.
I want it more flexibel, universal as I do with most of my creations.

Put on the stickers with marking or the written paper with glue here.
Feed the inserts for the items into the channels.

The bottom plate opening underneeth the sliders could be coloured by drawing with a permanent marker. Put some paint or colored foil in here. Print some inserts.

Needed parts
1 x the base part
1 x the top cover part
6 x slider (status)
6 x items slider with handle

At least 4 crews 3mm x 10mm for plastic (no machine screws please)
