Thomas the Train Bridge

This is a left and right side bridge to fit the Thomas the Train wooden train track set. Note that it leverages some code by Chris Petersen and https://github.com/dotscad/trains/blob/master/tracklib.scad (thanks Chris!)
The change in convexity of the bridge was possible by translating a 2D slice of wooden track along a sine wave.
