My son has some older (brown track era) Thomas Trackmaster trains we got used. Some of them had broken couplings. I tried printing some existing Trackmaster couplings found here, but the rod on the end with the train car was too big. I took an existing one and used TinkerCAD to make the round rod a bit smaller and it fits very nicely now.
