Thread Spool Organizer

Embroidery Spool OrganizerI made this for my wife who does lots of embroidery. Four of these, in an approx 15x15” plastic case, will hold 80 spools of thread. (see picture) This print has 4 plates, the bottom, top-bottom, top-top, and aligner. All plates are named in the .stl files and in the project file. The bottom and top-bottom builds can be used as a separate stand-alone spool organizer. To add the second layer the top-top must be printed and glued onto the smooth side of the top-bottom. The aligner is used to align the two pieces while the glue dries. While the plates were all built using PLA, I used clear PVC cement to glue the two pieces together. It holds very well. Finally, this took a lot of time, and filament to design and try all the failures. Please consider buying me a coffee if you like and use this.
