Threaded rod clips

Many of us have vertical braces on one or both sides of the printer. These - especially if of larger diameters - offer robust mount points for some equipment, like OctoPI, cameras or various lighting devices. As a bonus, the devices mounted there do not add additional weight to the X carriage nor to the bed.

I designed these customizable clips to hold some LED strips, but they of course can hold whatever you want.

You can secure the clips by putting a cable tie through the holes in the clip edges - shouldn't be necessary normally, the clips should sit snug enough around the rods, but you have the option.

Also, in case you want to secure the thing you place in the tubes (which is a good idea - to avoid vibrations), there is a pair of holes for another cable tie.
