Threaded Snap Insert for Broken Plastic Table Leg

Print this model on its side with the snap-fit tabs on the left and right (not top and bottom). The screws print fine sideways, and the orientation is more important for the snap tabs.

I used the default Cura tree support settings, and they worked perfectly for me.
