Through Hole/Panel Mount Case for xEM Access Controller v2

Case designed for the xEM Access Controller v2 with Cover Plate for the antenna.


The holes are designed for m3 bolts (some are a loose fit for through hole mounting.
The hole spacing is the same as the coil cover plate which can be found [here](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4589008).

+ Slightly more tolerance around the PCB
+ Redesigned parts of the case (rounded corners and new support block instead of standoff for near the main connector).
