Thrustmaster Cougar MFD Replacement VR Buttons

These buttons are designed to be drop in replacements for the standard Thrustmaster Cougar buttons, but allow you to feel which button you are pressing when using the MFD on a VR headset.

Each button has a cutout section to allow backlighting using the standard Cougar LED backlight. The stock rubber dome in the button provides the light defusing surface. I have printed my test sample in resin, and then painted them to stop light bleeding through the thin resin of the button.

In order to install these button you will need to open up the Cougar frame, taking care of the small screws and internal PCB. The existing silicone domes inside each button will need to be removed from the stock buttons and placed inside these before closing up the frame again.
