Thrustmaster Warthog Mounting for Profile Rigs

This mount was designed to provide a secure Thrustmaster HOTAS Warthog mounting to a 160mm profile rig or 8040 with modifications to the STL. The goal is for the user to quickly swap the flight controls for sim racing without disturbing permanently mounted sim racing gear.

Notes:

The profile used by the throttle is 8040 and the joystick 4040. You will need to measure the length specific to your rig and seat height.

The mounts were printed using 3D Jakes EcoPLA Tough and it works well. I suggest printing at 50-70 mm/s and .16 layer thickness, 60%-80% infill, and 1.2mm walls and bottom. Print times are about a day each for the larger pieces.
