Thrustmaster Warthog Stick Extension

Update (9 Aug 2019): I have uploaded the most recent designs that include some dramatic changes. I had to forego the 20 degree index as it was proving too difficult to keep up with so many disparate designs, but 25 is by far the most accurate to military aircraft and the most bio-mechanically accurate. Also, after extensive "field testing" the first versions were failing at the lock collar, so I resigned the lock to include a "ramp" or "wedge" design to eliminate stress induced on the flange. That has been incorporated in all the designs along with extensive internal gusseting at the base. With that failure point solved, BFM introduced failures at the second bend just below where the stick connects. To combat that failure, I increased wall thickness and I added the upper, external gusset. These changes along with printing in PETG with 90% infill and 4 layer wall thickness should solve most of the failure issues. That said, I am reluctant to further strengthen it as it will move failure
