Thrustmaster Warthog Throttle insert for P38

An insert for the Thrustmaster Warthog throttle so that the left throttle can be used for the Prop pitch with a detent to keep the Prop RPM at 2600, and the left throttle has detents at 44" and 54" of manifold pressure to line up with the Max continuous and Combat power settings for the P-38 in IL-2 Sturmovik.
