Thrustmaster Warthog Throttle insert for P39

An insert for the Thrustmaster Warthog throttle so that the left throttle can be used for the Prop pitch with a detent to keep the Prop RPM at 2600, and the left throttle has detents at 37.2", 42 and 51" of manifold pressure to line up with the Max continuous, Combat power and take off power limit settings for the P-39 in IL-2 Sturmovik.
