Thrustmaster wheel to servo mount with quick release

This is a Thrustmaster 'Peter Makes Things' quick release compatible wheel mount for direct drive wheels (servo or stepper motors) with a keyway and a 22 mm shaft like a VRS DirectForce Pro, 130ST-M10010, M15015....
A SRC quick release and a hollow spacer is needed.

The middle part is based on Ultrawipf's design of the adapters (see here: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4379504).
